UnitingCare Health respects the rights and entitlements of its employees and strives to appropriately remunerate its employees. The majority of UnitingCare Health employees are covered by Collective Agreements. These agreements are negotiated between UnitingCare Health and employee representatives detailing remuneration and conditions. It is our goal to provide remuneration and conditions that ensure the attraction and retention of suitably qualified employees to perform the work required, motivate and encourage employees to perform at a consistently high level and who strive to continuously improve performance. |
