Under the leadership of the General Manager, the Executive team achieves the mission of the hospital through the application of a values based decision making framework and the guiding principles of Uniting Care, under whose governance the Wesley is operated.
The role of the Executive is to oversee the provision of quality patient care and ensure a safe environment for staff, patients and visitors to our campus. It is also responsible for the financial performance of the hospital and planning for the future development of services and infrastructure
to meet the future health care needs of our community.
The Executive and staff actively promote the mission, vision and value of the Wesley in all their endeavors.
